How do I place an order

Simply add your chosen items to your basket and head to checkout. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to amend it.

Do you ship outside the UK

Not at the moment — we currently deliver to the UK only.

How much is delivery

Orders under £50 have a standard delivery fee of £4.79. Orders over £50 qualify for free UK shipping.

How long will my order take to arrive

Most orders arrive within 2–3 business days after dispatch.

Which courier do you use

We partner with Royal Mail and send all parcels using their Tracked 48 service.

Why is my delivery delayed

We dispatch orders promptly, but delays caused by weather, seasonal peaks, or other external factors are outside of our control.

Can I return an item

Yes — if your item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Who pays for return postage

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

How long do returns take to process

Once we receive your returned item, we aim to process refunds within 3–5 business days.
